Welcome!

Designing a new artesanal brewery - whether a brewpub system or packaging brewery - is a daunting task. Equally daunting is fine-tuning your existing brewery to meet your business's goals and make your beer the best it can be.

That's where Bob comes in.

Have Boots, Will Travel!

During his years in the U.S. Army, Bob Davis developed a taste for flavorful beer. Going home to Central Pennsylvania, he discovered a good beer wasteland. He began his brewing career like most people in the craft beer industry, by making beer in his kitchen in his spare time. A few years went by, then something started itching. The bug bit, and it bit hard.

His started his professional brewing career the old fashioned way - by apprenticing to a master brewer in a small brewery. It took the better part of a year before he graduated from cleaning kegs and mopping floors to actually brewing beer. That was time well spent! A hands-on, school-of-hard-knocks approach taught him things about actual brewery operation that can't be learned in a classroom, like plumbing, ergonomic brewery layout, glycol system installation - the list goes on. Along the way, he built or rebuilt three different breweries. And he helped develop world-class beers, including the USA's first bottled Belgian-style Quadruppel.

Three breweries and a thousand brews later, Bob wants to put his hard-won knowledge to work for other people, helping them make their beer and their breweries the best they can be.

These days, based in eastern Pennsylvania within sight of New Jersey, Bob consults with brewers and breweries all over the world. When he's not eating, drinking and living beer, he spends time with his wife Kass and their three retired racing Greyhounds.
